Firestone Complete Auto Care

The service was exceptional. The issue I have was a few things, I didn’t ask for a multi point inspection nor was I told or wanted it. Also I never received a print out of how far off my alignment was and I was sent an invoice for other work to be done. Also the gentleman who worked on my vehicle said the rear camber in my vehicle was not able to be adjusted due to it being maxed out. So that being said i should have received an estimate to get the adjustment that couldn’t be made on my vehicle fixed not other things I didn’t ask for. I will never come back. Also why was I charged 12 dollars on my invoice for shop supplies? I was told 119 was the amount the alignment was gonna cost, not 12 dollars more than what I was told.

This Firestone is amazing. I walked in with a bent valve core, Aaron greeted me as soon as I came in and got me all resolved immediately. Super quick super painless, and super kind. I was super happy with how helpful he was. If I need something will definitely come back.

Came in for an oil change. Rodion and Riley really took care of me. Every person was very professional and nice. Their lobby was very clean, TV was entertaining, and the A/C was on so I was very comfortable. Riley, the technician was very informative and did not pressure me into any services I did not want but was telling me what may need serviced. They checked other things while I was there to make sure I leave without any worries. Upon paying for their services, Rodion made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I will definitely be coming back for my next maintenance next month! Excellent prices, amazing service!

Dylan at this greenfield location is the man! He stayed 30 min late to get me taken care of and went above and beyond to honor a discount I had found online! I look forward to doing more business with this location and Dylan!
